Massage

Sports Massage is complimentary of a fitness training regime. It aids recovery and enables you to return to training free of soreness and fatigue. You do not need to be an athlete to benefit.

Treatment is used to great effect in the rehabilitation of injuries. It will improve muscle function and range of movement as well as alleviating pain and encouraging tight muscles to relax.

It is important to have regular massage treatment, to rid your body of harmful waste products and muscular tension encountered through exercise and general day to day living, which can cause chronic injuries.

The needs and tolerance of each client is taken into consideration during treatment. Treatments will take place in my Private Treatment Room.

Initial sessions will include a health assessment incorporating a questionnaire and function tests.
