Whether you want to improve your confidence, further your progress in a particular sport, or simply want to lead a healthier lifestyle, Personal Training can work for you.

I have worked with a range of clients in order to achieve a number of individual goals including, but not limited to;

  • Weight Loss
  • Core Conditioning
  • Strength Training
  • Sport Specific
  • Injury Rehabilitation

We will first discuss where you are with regard to achieving your goals and how best to achieve them.

Training will usually take place in my Private Fitness Studio. This has the benefit of not paying membership or joining fees, which usually include minimum term contracts.

Initial sessions will include a health assessment incorporating a questionnaire and fitness testing.
